Barbara Crowther of "Morning Story" and "Womans' Hour" has died.

She died on the 6th March. She was 92.

Her funeral is on Friday 19th March at 1pm at the Islington and St Pancras Cemetery, High Road, East Finchley.

A delightful colleague whom I got to know when I was Senior Talks Producer at Pebble Mill where I looked after 'Morning Story' from our region. I wonder whether there are still people of her gentle nature :) still in the BBC. One would like to think so.
