Last year's letter informing of the increase was dated March 24, so I imagine it'll be a similar date this year. RPI in December was 4.4%, which seems like good news.

But aren't we limited to an increase of 3%?  Or is it 5%? Or have I got that muddled somehow?

Hello, Thanks for that, somehow I thought February was when we heard about it. I think 5% is the limit, and as you say 4.40% would be very welcome. It might even keep up with the council tax inrease !!    Cheers All.

I'm fairly sure the pension increases can be up to 5% if the RPI is that high.
